Description
⭐Interactive read alouds are a great way to teach important reading skills while having the students stay focused and involved. When teaching with this method, students will be listening, thinking, talking with a partner, writing, sharing and so much more. Each week there will be one main standard to be focused on but other standards will also be tied in just as a brief introduction of that skill or a review.

This download uses 7 different books for 7 weeks of lessons for the months of August and September.
Each Friday the class will complete a cute craft to show their mastery of the skill. You can see a sample of each craft in the product preview.
These lessons were designed for a 1st grade classroom but could easily be used with kindergarten and 2nd grade as well.
